Accommodation with buffet breakfast, VAT, and local fee.
Free of charge: Wi-Fi, children's play area, ski room, parking.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
A reservation becomes binding once a voucher or invoice is issued.
Payment is possible in cash in CZK or EUR.
Cancellations must be made in writing (email).
The effective date of cancellation is the day the notice is received.
Cancellation fees from the total price of services:
• 21–15 days before arrival → 20%
• 14–8 days → 45%
• 7–3 days → 60%
• 2–0 days → 100%
Groups over 20 persons:
• 45 days before arrival → 50%
• 25 days → 80%
• 10 days → 100%
